Our Dark House Blend is a complex blend consisting of several types of dark roasted coffee beans from around the world. Comparable to coffees popular in the Northwest (hint, hint), and able to stand up to milk and sugar, this coffee is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys dark roasted coffee. This blend is full bodied and strong with a slightly high acidity.

- “The house blend with some extra authority. If you are happy with the house blend but enjoy an occasional pot of something that has a bit more power, you'll love this variation...Same flavor but with that nice dark signature from the extra roasting. Easy to go through a whole pot in a hurry as it's very smooth and friendly with a dab of sugar and 1/2n1/2 to modulate the rich flavor. We have started using a Melita #4 cone and filter to brew direct into a stainless vacuum carafe... Still with 192 degree clean water. It's a little faster than our Chemex but I can't taste the difference...I'd say this is a fine introduction to a well balanced dark roast coffee. If you are new to trying different roasts, this is a good reference.”
