Lung Ching is an excellent green tea from the Zhejiang province in China. This tea is harvested in early spring and is characterized by its long, flat leaves. It features a strong aroma and full flavored taste.
This tea is sold loose leaf, meaning it will not arrive packed in tea bags.

Steeping Instructions:
- 1 Teaspoon per cup
- Use water that is approximately 165 degrees Fahrenheit (Water that is boiling will “cook” green and white teas, causing a bitter, unpleasant taste)
- Steep for 1-2.5 minutes (over steeping green teas will also cause bitterness)
