Mesa de los Santos is located in the northeastern region of Colombia. Its Rainforest Alliance certification means this coffee was “produced in compliance with strict guidelines protecting the environment, wildlife, workers and local communities.” The coffee is also certified Organic. This sweet, medium-bodied coffee is roasted to a City Roast to accentuate its flavor and aroma. Its overall balance makes it extremely versatile; enjoy as a morning, dinner, or dessert coffee. Now, that’s a good cup of coffee!
We roast these beans to a full City Roast for those who prefer a not-too-dark taste.
