Mesa de los Santos is located in the northeastern region of Colombia. Its Rainforest Alliance certification means this coffee was “produced in compliance with strict guidelines protecting the environment, wildlife, workers and local communities.” The coffee is also certified Organic! We roast this sweet, medium-bodied coffee to a full French roast to add a heartier flavor. Its overall balance makes it very versatile; serve it as a morning, dinner, or dessert coffee. Now, that’s a good cup of coffee!
