Assam tea is grown in the northeastern state of Assam, in India. Assam is the world’s largest tea-growing region. This tea creates a thick, strong, and malty brew with a dark reddish brown coloration. A delicious single-origin tea, Assam plays an important role in “breakfast” tea blends.

Steeping Instructions:
- 1-2 teaspoons per cup depending on desired strength
- Bring water to a rapid boil
