This fine decaffeinated black tea is lightly flavored with apricot and features real fruit pieces blended in for that extra kick of tangy apricot taste. Apricot trees grow to be 12 to 15 feet tall and produce fruit for up to 25 years!
All of our decaffeinated teas are decaffeinated using the CO2 process developed in Germany as a natural alternative to the methylene chloride process that has become the industry standard. Using the CO2 method, we are able to maintain the unique flavors of tour premium teas. The smaller leaves are a normal result of this special decaffeination process.
This tea is sold loose leaf, meaning it will not arrive packed in tea bags. Our decaf teas are fine cut and some tea accessories may not be appropriate. Coffee Bean Direct recommends using tea filters for this variety of tea.

Steeping Instructions:
- 1 teaspoon
- Use water that is a rapid boil
- Steep for 3-4 minutes (steep longer for stronger cup)
- Sweetener is recommended
