A fine loose leaf black tea with mango flavoring and bits of real fruit blended in, this tea makes an excellent tropical iced tea, or a soothing hot infusion. We all think of the mango in tropical terms, but did you know it originated in Southeast Asia or India, nearly 4000 years go? Me, neither!
All of our decaffeinated teas are decaffeinated using the CO2 process developed in Germany as a natural alternative to the methylene chloride process that has become the industry standard. Using the CO2 method, we are able to maintain the unique flavors of tour premium teas. The smaller leaves are a normal result of this special decaffeination process.
This tea is sold loose leaf, meaning it will not arrive packed in tea bags. Our decaf teas are fine cut and some tea accessories may not be appropriate. Coffee Bean Direct recommends using tea filters for this variety of tea.
