This organic herbal red tea from South Africa is naturally sweet and mellow, like a mild honey. It is very similar to Rooibos tea in its health benefits and nutrients (including Vitamin C, potassium, and calcium), and is naturally caffeine free. It makes for a mildly sweet iced tea, or a delicious hot infusion.
This tea is sold loose leaf, meaning it will not arrive packed in individual tea bags.

Steeping Instructions:
- 1-2 teaspoons
- Use water that is a rapid boil
- Steep for 4-5 minutes (herbal teas can be steeped longer for a stronger cup – will not get bitter)
