One of the oldest known herbal teas, peppermint leaves are brisk, refreshing and can be brewed either hot or cold. Originally from the Mediterranean, peppermint is naturally caffeine free with a cooling menthol flavor.
Try blending some of this peppermint tea with some black tea then brew it as iced tea for a refreshing summer beverage!

Steeping Instructions:
- 1-2 teaspoons (more for Peppermint Herbal Tea if desired)
- Use water that is a rapid boil
- Steep for 4-5 minutes (herbal teas can be steeped longer for a stronger cup – will not get bitter)
