Coffee Bean Direct is a dedicated coffee roasting company, not a middleman or reseller. We roast, pack, and ship all of our coffee.
We typically, roast and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.
We ship to the contiguous 48 US states, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO. We do not ship internationally.
We ship from our roasting facility in beautiful Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all web orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, US territories or APO/FPO/DOP addresses.
Our website accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. Our website is secure and encrypted. If you prefer to call in an order we will need a valid credit card.
Our goal is to provide you with delicious coffee and tea that is just right for you. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at 888.232.6711 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the date you received your order to initiate a return, refund or exchange. Please have your original packaging available when you call.
We’ll gladly help find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee you received. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used when you made your purchase.
Refunds are not available for gift cards or gift subscriptions.
