No, recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.  Orders can be canceled, postponed or updated anytime up to 24-hours before the scheduled charge date.

Access your Subscription Portal through your Coffee Bean Direct account login. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one using the same email address used at checkout. 

Once your account is activated, you can log in and access your Subscription Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions button. After logging in, this button will be above your Order History.

You can also access your account using a direct link to the Subscription Portal. This link is normally sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.

There are two ways to update payment information.

Option 1:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Click the View your next order tab.
  3. Click the Edit payment method link below your order total.
  4. Click Send Email Link
  5. Check your email inbox and click the link
  6. Click the View Payment Info link in the email to be brought to a secure page.
  7. You are now on a secure checkout page.  Enter your updated credit card
    information or use services like PayPal.
  8. Click Update Card to
    confirm your changes.

Option 2:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage
    Subscriptions
    button above your Order History
  2. Click the Address & Payment Details tab.
  3. Click Manage Payment Methods.
  4. Click Edit, followed by Send edit payment link.
  5. Click the View Payment Info link in the email to be
    brought to a secure page.
  6. You are now on a secure checkout page.  Enter your updated credit card information or use services like PayPal.
  7. Click Update Card to confirm your changes.

If you used PayPal as your payment method, you may be able to edit the card or billing info in your PayPal settings.

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Click the Address & Payment Details tab.
  3. Click Edit your details button.

Please note this is not changing your login email.  To change your email for both communications and logging in to your account, please email contactus@coffeebeandirect.com

  2. Click the Address & Payment Details tab.
  3. Click Edit your details button.

Update shipping address for a specific subscription

You can update the shipping address for a specific subscription:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Click the subscription you wish to change the address
  3. Click the Edit Address link
  4. Select either “Use this address for all my products” or “Keep products with different addresses separate.”
  5. Enter your shipping address info into the appropriate fields
  6. Click Save changes to confirm.

Note: This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

You can update existing shipping addresses from the Shipping tab:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Click the Address & Payment Details tab
  3. Click Manage Address
  4. Click Edit next to the address you wish to edit.

To skip all items scheduled for a specific delivery:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Your next order is displayed at the top of the screen. Look for the Reschedule and Skip buttons.
  3. Click Skip
  4. Click Yes, skip this order.

All items in this order, including one-time add-ons, will be automatically rescheduled based on the set frequency of your subscription.


Multiple items in your delivery? To skip a portion of a specific delivery:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Click Manage Subscription next to the specific product you would like to skip
  3. Select Skip
  4. Confirm by clicking Yes, skip from this order.

Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History

  1. Click the View your next order tab.
  2. Look for the Send Now, Reschedule and Skip buttons.
  3. Click Reschedule
  4. Choose to delay by 1 or 2 weeks or Choose a Specific Date to view the calendar widget.
  5. Select your new charge date from the calendar.  If you have orders scheduled for other subscriptions, those dates will be highlighted for your convenience.

All following orders will automatically be rescheduled based on this next order date and the delivery frequency of the subscription.

To edit the frequency for a subscription: 

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Under the subscription you want to edit, select Manage this subscription.
  3. You can change the quantity of products and frequency, then select Save changes to confirm.
  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Click the View upcoming orders tab.
  3. To add a product to your next order, use the “You May Also Like” section at the bottom
  4. Click Browse All Products if you do not see your desired product in the recommendations.
  5. Use the Search Bar up top to find the product
  6. Click Add
  7. Select Bag Size and Whole Bean or Ground via the drop-down menus.  Use the plus and minus buttons to choose desired quantity.
  8. Select the One time only option and click Add to order to confirm.

To delete a one-time product:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. If the one-time product is on your very next order, it will be displayed on this page.
  3. Click Manage This Product beneath the one-time product.
  4. Look for the Remove Product link hidden at the bottom.

Codes must be entered during the coupon’s advertised eligibility period.  However, your order does NOT need to be charged during the eligibility period to receive this discount. Savings will be applied whenever your order processes next. 

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button
    above your Order History
  2. You are viewing your next order. Look for the + Add Discount link which is discretely located between your products and your shipping information.
  3. Enter coupon code and click Apply discount code.
  4. When your order processes on the date scheduled, you will automatically receive
    the coupon’s added savings.
  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
  3. Click the Cancel Subscription link, located below the subscription information.
  4. Provide a cancelation reason and click Next, then confirm by selecting Cancel subscription.

If you want to reactivate a subscription that was previously cancelled:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Select Inactive
  3. Click +Reactivate to reactivate a cancelled subscription.

To swap a product:

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Under the subscription you want to edit, select Manage this subscription.
  3. Select Swap this for a different product
  4. Choose a product to swap for the current product and click Swap.

Review the product options and select Swap product to confirm. 

Process your order immediately rather than the order date originally scheduled.


After an order is processed, the next charge date for the subscriptions in the order gets recalculated based on the subscription’s frequency. For example, if the subscription gets delivered every month and today is January 1st, after I click order now, my next order will now happen on February 1st.


To send your order now: 

  1. Login to CoffeeBeanDirect.com and click the Manage
    Subscriptions
    button above your Order History
  2. In the View your next order tab, click Send now.
  3. Select Send this order now to confirm.

All Subscribe to Save orders are subject to the same Terms of Service as any regular orders on our website. Subscribe to Save is only available for customers/destinations within the contiguous 48 United States.

Yes. All subscription web orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped free. Subscriptions are not available for deliveries outside the 48 contiguous United States.

When you sign up for a recurring subscription, you will get your first order right away with future orders shipping based on the order frequency you selected.

For gift subscriptions, your first shipment will be sent out right away with future orders shipping on a monthly basis thereafter.

You will be billed on a per-order basis, in a recurring fashion, at the frequency and quantity of your choosing until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Returns for items on a recurring subscription plan are subject to our general return policy.

We accept returns within 2 weeks from delivery of your order. Please call 888-232-6711 to process returns.

We do not accept returns on any special orders for commercial customers.
