Roasted Coffees & Teas
We want every sip to be something you look forward to! We want you to love your purchase, and to ensure we can continue providing high-quality products at fair prices, we've established the following guidelines for refunds and returns.

Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

When We Gladly Issue Refunds
We take full responsibility if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, if we made a mistake such as sending the wrong item, or if it was damaged during shipping. In these cases, we'll happily help you find another coffee or tea you'll love (of equal or lesser value), or work to issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions to Refunds
To keep things fair for everyone, we are unable to offer refunds for orders affected by accidental damage such as spills or mishandling after delivery, customer error such as selecting the wrong grind, or any damage resulting from factors outside of our production or shipping process. As taste is highly personal, we are also unable to issue refunds based on flavor or taste preference — if you're unsure about a particular coffee or tea, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing and we'll be happy to help you find the right fit. In some cases we may be able to offer an exchange instead — just reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How to Start a Claim
If you believe your order is eligible for a refund due to a defect or shipping damage, please contact our support team at the number or email above and we'll get things sorted out for you.

Unroasted (Green) Coffees
All unroasted (green) coffee sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you have any questions before purchasing, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help!

Gift Cards & Gift Subscriptions
Gift cards and gift subscriptions are non-refundable. If you have questions or concerns about a gift purchase, please give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

Please Note
Coffee Bean Direct reserves the right to refuse or limit returns and refunds at its discretion. We will always do our best to work with you to find a fair resolution.
