Coffee Bean Direct is a dedicated coffee roasting company, not a middleman or reseller. We roast, pack and ship all of our coffee.
- How quickly do you process orders?
We typically roast and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship to the contiguous 48 US states, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO. We do not ship internationally.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship from our roasting facility in beautiful Hunterdon County New Jersey.
- Do you have free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all web orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, US territories or APO/FPO/DOP addresses.
- How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed 24/7 on our website. You may also call toll free at 888-232-6711 Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm EST and Friday 8am-4pm EST and we will happily place an order for you.
