- Your coffee is priced lower than other roasters, how can it be any good?
Ever since we started out, our coffee has always been as good as or better than anyone else. We sell the bulk of our coffees in larger quantities (5 and 25 pound bags) and have every part of our operation under one roof. Hence, we are able to pass the savings on to our customers.
- Who roasts and packages your coffee?
Coffee Bean Direct is a dedicated coffee roasting company, not a middleman or reseller. We roast, pack, and ship all orders in-house from one location.
- How quickly do you ship out orders?
Typically, orders ship out within 24 business hours.
- Where do you ship to?
Our website is currently equipped to ship to the 48 continental United States via FedEx; to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS; and to Canada via FedEx or USPS. We are also happy to ship to other countries- just call us or email us to make arrangements.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship from our roasting facility in New Jersey.
- Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. This excludes addresses outside the 48 contiguous United States and all APO/FPO/DPO/PO destinations.
- How do I place orders?
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our website. You can also place orders by phone toll-free at 888-232-6711 during business hours.
- What payment options are available?
Our website accepts all major credit cards. You can also use Checkout by Amazon and Paypal. The website is completely secure and encrypted.
- Do you offer terms, credit accounts, CODs, etc?
No. All orders must be paid in full before we ship them. This is one way we keep our prices low.
- Do you do custom coffee flavors or blends?
Yes. Call us or email us to inquire about what we can do for you. Please note that some custom orders (usually ones that involve custom roasts) may require bulk purchasing.
- What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund of the product value. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery of your order. Call 888-232-6711 to arrange returns. WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS OF GROUND COFFEE.
For apparel and accessories, we issue full value exchanges or store credits equal to purchase price.
- Can you do large-scale commercial orders for me?

- Do you flavor your coffee with all-natural flavoring?
Our coffees are not flavored with all-natural flavoring.
- Do your products contain GMO ingredients?
We are not aware of commercially available GMO coffees or traditional teas. However, we cannot confirm the GMO status of any product except for organic products, which are certified as being made without GMO ingredients.
- Can you sell me full bags of unroasted coffee beans?
Yes, but given the large size and weight of full bags of green coffee beans, special shipping arrangements must be made. Call us at 888-232-6711 or use the full bag quote request form
