Traditional Italian

It’s hard to give a review on code because it’s very subjective, but here we go. The beam itself is very dark, almost burnt looking. Very oily bean also. The taste is like an old school Italian espresso. I actually like the taste better than I like the look of the bean. I wasn’t a fan of this bean in a milk based drink such as a latter. Being such a dark roast, the bean grinds a little less dense and overflows my portafilter, so I have to use a smaller ratio. That being said, beans were shipped fast and I will try a lighter roast that more suits my taste.
