These single-origin Mexican beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. There is only one facility, located in Vancouver, Canada, decaffeinating coffee with the SWP method. We roast this variety to a full city roast to bring out the fullness of the body. Grown in Mexico, it features rich notes of milk chocolate and nutty undertones.
