  • How does Subscribe to Save work?
    Subscribe to Save lets you select one or more items to be setup for an auto-shipment at one of several intervals. You simply select what you want to have auto-shipped and set the frequency of your deliveries. Once you have placed your initial Subscribe to Save order, we will handle the rest and ship your orders automatically at the set interval. You get 5% off regular pricing for all Subscribe to Save shipments. There is no long-term commitment and you can adjust the delivery frequency of your Subscribe to Save orders or cancel outright at any time. Your first Subscribe to Save delivery order is placed at the time you first place your Subscribe to Save order. After this initial order ships, your subsequent orders will arrive at the set interval past this date.
  • How do I setup a Subscribe to Save order?
    You can have either individual items or multi-item carts setup for Subscribe to Save. Qualifying items have the Subscribe to Save button prominently in their product listings on our website. Simply click on the “subscription” button and use the pull-down menu below it to choose the shipment interval. If you want to have a Subscribe to Save order containing multiple items, add the products you want to auto-ship to your shopping bag. Once you have what you want in your bag, view the bag and click on the subscription button- you will then be prompted to setup your delivery interval. You can also set different shipment intervals for different items in your bag. You can also setup Subscribe to Save orders by calling us directly during business hours.
  • How do I cancel, delay, or alter a Subscribe to Save order?
    You can view your active Subscribe to Save orders in your online account. From there, you can cancel your auto-shipment outright, or change the interval between shipments. If you want to change your auto-shipped items, simply cancel your existing Subscribe to Save order and make a new one for the item(s) you want to switch to. You can also call us during business hours and we will be happy to assist you personally.
  • Is there a minimum for Subscribe to Save orders?
    There are no minimum quantities or totals for Subscribe to Save orders.
  • Is there a long-term commitment for Subscribe to Save orders?
    No, all auto-shipments can be cancelled at any time.
  • What items are available for Subscribe to Save?
    Items available for auto-ship will have the Subscribe to Save button visible on its product listing. Seasonal and limited-availability products are not available for auto-shipping. We reserve the right to change item subscription availability. Refer to our Terms of Service for more details.
  • What is the shipping policy for Subscribe to Save orders?
    All Subscribe to Save web orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped free. Subscribe to Save is not available for deliveries outside the 48 contiguous United States.
  • What intervals can I set my Subscribe to Save to ship at?
    You can set your subscription orders to auto-ship monthly at 1, 2, 3, and 6 month intervals. You can also select a 6 week interval.
  • When do my Subscribe to Save orders ship?
    When you sign up for a product subscription, you will get your first order right away with future orders shipping based on the order frequency you selected.
  • Can I use coupons or other discounts with my Subscribe to Save orders?
    Coupons and other discount codes can only be used for your initial Subscribe to Save order.
  • How do you handle payments for Subscribe to Save orders?
    Your card is charged once per shipment.
  • Can I change my credit card without cancelling my subscription?
    You can manage and change which credit card you want us to charge for your subscriptions in your online account. Your Subscribe to Save payment settings are separate from your general stored credit card settings in your account.
  • What is the return policy for Subscribe to Save orders?
    Returns for items on a Subscribe to Save schedule are subject to our general return policy.
  • What else do I need to know?
    All Subscribe to Save orders are subject to the same Terms of Service as any regular orders on our website. Subscribe to Save is only available for customers/destinations within the contiguous 48 United States.
