Hailing from the Indonesian island of Sumatra, this varietal is perfect as a rich dessert coffee or for those who prefer a brew with low acidity. With a dry finish and sweet aroma, these full-flavored beans will leave you hooked. Sumatran coffee can be roasted to any level, but we recommend a Light or French roast to heighten this selection’s nuances.
